Listen - 'mansplaining'

It occurs on my very own experience basis where I find that among my male colleague, they sometimes disregards my opinions (I found out recently in the UK, they called it 'mansplaining' situation when men over-voiced a female while they're talking).

Put aside the gender issues, on an human-courtesy point of view, I find it very disrespectful. I believe that nowadays, we shouldn't have the kind of mentality of intelligent measures through male gender alone, right? (too many examples of a smart and successful female around the world. Shouldn't be questionable anymore).
